All Frenchie pet accessories, dog apparel, French Bulldog home decor and pet gear qualify for our 30-day global return guarantee, counted from the date your order is placed.
Return Eligibility Standards
For full refunds or exchanges of French Bulldog products, returned items must remain unwashed, unused and in original factory condition. All brand tags, care labels and original packaging must stay intact. Please add a note listing your order number and whether you need a refund or exchange when sending back your Frenchie items.
Goods returned without complete tags and packaging will incur a 10% restocking handling fee upon refund processing.
Return Shipping Cost Breakdown
- Voluntary returns for Frenchie owners: If you exchange dog harness sizes or return French Bulldog clothes due to personal preference, you are responsible for all return postage fees.
- Merchant liability returns: Any errors on our side such as mis-shipped Frenchie beds, defective pet toys or incorrect sizing mean we cover every cost for return and re-delivery shipping.
Non-Returnable Custom French Bulldog Merchandise
All personalized custom printed Frenchie products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. This includes custom dog wear, wall art, blankets and pet accessories printed with custom names, numbers, unique graphics and personalized checkout text.
Only very special cases will be reviewed by our management team. Approved refunds exclude all custom printing charges, and exchanges require separate re-print fees plus standard return shipping costs.
How To Claim Defective Frenchie Goods
Any manufacturing faults on your French Bulldog gear must be notified to customer support within 10 business days of delivery, with all original packaging and tags kept intact.
